Konstantin Vinogradov — Founder & General Partner. A technical investor specializing in open source, AI, and infrastructure software, with over a decade of venture capital experience. Previously a General Partner at Runa Capital, with seed investments in Higgsfield, Mastra, White Circle, Keep (acquired by Elastic), and Sidekick (acquired by Perplexity). Founder of the Open Source Endowment, the first community endowment fund for critical open-source maintenance, and creator of the ROSS Index (2020–2025), a quarterly ranking of trending open-source startups. Has been programming since age 13, with a background in applied math and physics.
